If we can diagnose your issue on the phone and walk you through a quick process to resolve it, that’s what we’ll do. If your equipment requires repairs, we’ll discuss your options and the cost. If it makes more sense to replace it, we’ll suggest that, too. After the first diagnosis, we will never begin a repair project without clearly communicating your options and cost.
